After sales service

What does the after sales service offer?

At Raidlight / Vertical we want to deliver good quality products to our customers for safe outdoor activities. All Raidlight and Vertical products are guaranteed 1 year from the date of invoice for all production imperfection. If you aren’t 100% satisfied by our product, please send it back to Raidlight / Vertical and we will try our best to respond to your demand in the best delays.

You can contact after sales services for the followings:

-  To exchange a size product
-  To repair a garment
-  To ask for a reimbursement or credit-note (cf. reimbursement conditions)
-  To send back an imperfect product for exchange

If the product is not guaranteed, we will establish an estimate for your reparation.

The exchange concerns a new product, never worn, sent with its original packaging and the proof of purchase. For return of damaged product, we accept only clean products.

Reimbursement terms: We refund or make a credit-note only for clean products. We accept the product back in a delay of 10 days from the date of delivery.

Transport cost policy : For all exchange (product size) or reimbursement, transport costs are due. We take to our charge transport cost for return.

For damaged product, please join the invoice of your transport cost for reimbursement.
