ARTICLE 1 - FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT

ARTICLE 2 – DELIVERY

RAIDLIGHT makes a commitment to deliver the order for the shortest delays, from reception of the order form. 8 euros are necessary for deliveries in Colissimo. for deliveries in Chronopost. Prices are variable according to the weight of the parcel.

RAIDLIGHT is released from its obligation of delivery for any coincidences or for absolute necessity. For example, the all or partial strikes, floods, fires are cases of absolute necessity.

Ownership transfer of the delivered products or to deliver is suspended up to the complete payment of the price by the customer and without incidence on the transfer of the risks.

ARTICLE 3 – SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY

Our shipping service processes your order as quickly as possible, generally the day of the order or the next day. Orders are delivered by LA POSTE with “Colissimo suivi” (48 hours routing).

If products are indeed in stock you receive your delivery in 3-4 days.

In case of long-term break, we shall inform you about delivery deadline, and you can cancel (it is free of charge) your order at any time before shipping.

In case of precise deadline (competition, journey, etc.) please clarify it to us with your order.

Payments with bank card are automatically produced in the date of the order.

ARTICLE 4 – PRICES

RAIDLIGHT can modify its price lists at any time.

The customer makes a commitment to pay the current selling price at the time of his order seizure. The payment of the order is payable beforehand in a payment during the sending to RAIDLIGHT of the order form, with the exception of the payment in cash delivery.

ARTICLE 5 – LAW OF RETRACTION
