The picture appears in a new window.
Right clic on the image, and choose « Define as wallpaper ».

With Safari browser: ctrl clic on your photo, and choose « Define as wallpaper ».
With Firefox browser: ctrl clic on your photo, and choose « Define as wallpaper ».
