Recovery drink Allowing to:
- rehydrate,
- compensate mineral loss (Sodium, potassium),
- accelerate carbohydrate recharging (Simple and complex carbohydrates),
- stimulate reconstruction of muscular proteins (Vegetable proteins),
- fight against muscular damage (Curumine, piperine, and omega 3)
- help reduce muscular acidity (Citrate).
Dilute 1 stick in 250 ml of water (1/2 water bottle).
Drink as soon as possible after physical exertion. For long outings,
the vegetable flavoured drink may be used every 3 hours during the effort in order to alternate
between sweet and salty and help with recovery during the effort.
