If your product does not satisfy you, if you have a serious problem or if the product does not match your expectations during your testing of the product, on receipt of the package, you have 14 days to decide whether to return your product.
- If you would like an exchange, we will look together to find the most suitable product for your needs.
- If you want a refund, it will be made by bank transfer directly to your account for payments received by bank transfer or by credit card.
- If you have made your purchases by cheque, we will refund you in the same way by sending a cheque through the mail.
- If your payment is made by PayPal, the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account for simplicity.
In all cases, the products that will be returned must be new, in their original packaging with the label and proof of purchase.
