What is the After Sales Service (SAV) from Raidlight -Vertical ?
Raidlight -Vertical is committed to providing quality products for outdoor sports which are durable and long lasting. Therefore, all our Raidlight and Vertical products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase for all manufacturing defects. Our team is committed to continually improving our products and developing them for maximum durability and optimum performance. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, Raidlight -Vertical agrees to respond promptly to your requests and comments.
You can contact the Customer Service (SAV) regarding the following:
- Exchange the size of the product.
- Repair the product.
- Request a refund or a credit (Warning! See terms and conditions of reimbursment).
- Return a defective product for replacement or refund.
If the product does not fall under warranty, we will provide you with a quote for the repair.
The exchange relates to a new, never worn product, returned with its original packaging, label and proof of purchase. For the return of a defective product, we will only accept clean products. Otherwise, the product will be returned to yourself.
Cooling off period: As stated by law, you have 15 days in which to return your purchase from the day which you receive it.
Refund conditions: we will refund the goods or perform a credit within 14 days after receipt of your products to our premises. The products must be clean, unworn, unwashed and returned in their original packaging with the label and proof of purchase.
► For any exchanges regarding exchange or reimbursment, shipping costs are your responsibility. We handle the shipping costs to send you the product (s) if you require an exchange of size.
► For defective products, we can send you a prepaid return label. If you would prefer to pay and receive a refund for your shipping, you just need to contact us with a copy of your receipt showing the shipping cost, and we will proceed to refund you the cost.
Note: products will not be considered defective if they have been used for anything other than the purpose for which they were designed, or if they have not been maintained in normal use as advised by Raidlight / Vertical. For example (list is not exhaustive): non-compliance with usage instructions, not following washing instructions shown on the label, damage or deterioration of product linked to an abusive or abnormal use, etc.
