RAIDLIGHT makes a commitment to respect the confidentiality of your data in accordance with the applicable laws as regards protection and confidentiality of the data. The present conditions ("the Conditions") apply to all information concerning you which will be collected and used by the RAIDLIGHT company, its subsidiaries and the affiliated companies (collectively "RAIDLIGHT", or "us") through our products and online services. These Conditions cover all the personal information which is collected when you reach or use our websites (collectively the "Site") or any other online service or mobile applications, when you create an account or make an online purchase, when you register to receive newsletters from us or when you take part in competitions or events organized by RAIDLIGHT (collectively the "Services").


By accessing the Site, using the Services or by providing us with personal information by any other means, you express your consent and accept the Conditions described below. 

1. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY RAIDLIGHT

The treatments of personal data implemented within the framework of the website are carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of RAIDLIGHT to implement such activities and integrated in the list of the treatments of RAIDLIGHT or on your consent (see article VII. Geolocalization).

Your personal data are the object of computer processing allowing the management of your personal account. They can also be used for purposes of statistical studies, quality follow-up of our Services and, subject to your prior agreement, commercial prospecting.

This personal information can be collected when you use the Services either when you provide them voluntarily or automatically (for example when your Web browser reaches our Site, we obtain certain personal information, such as your IP address, the country of origin, the type of browser you use, and the page which you visited before visiting our Site).

2. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with the provisions of the law of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, data files and liberties and the General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit processing, oppose processing and the right to object to the use of such data for commercial prospecting purposes, portability with regard to personal data concerning you. Finally, you have the right to define general and specific directives defining the manner in which you intend to exercise these rights after your death under the conditions defined by decree. Your personal data are kept by RAIDLIGHT:
- If you have a customer account: for a maximum duration of 3 years from the moment your account is inactive.
- If you are subscribed to one of our newsletters, during all the duration of the subscription.

You have the right to file a complaint with the National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties or the competent authority in your country.

Under no circumstances will we transfer your data to third parties without your consent.

Some data are mandatory (specified by an * in the forms), and you are informed that in their absence, we will not be able to process your request .

3. SAFETY

We ensure that we take all necessary technical and organisational security measures to prevent and minimise the risks associated with the provision of your personal data. These measures include, where appropriate, the use of firewalls, the installation of secure servers, the implementation of appropriate access rights management systems and processes, a careful selection of tools and any other measures necessary to ensure appropriate protection of your personal data against unauthorised use or disclosure. However, security breaches and errors may occur and we do not guarantee the complete security of personal information. Our products and Services can be delivered using resources and servers located around the world. Thus, your data can be transferred outside the European Union. 7. USE OF GEOLOCATION DATA

When you access the Site on via a mobile device, you may be required to determine your location only if you consent so that we can provide you with the most accurate information possible (Store Locator for example). We do not share this location with third parties. If you do not want to share this information, you can disable the use of location-based services at any time in the application settings.

8. MODIFICATION OF THE CONDITIONS

These Terms supersede any information previously provided about our personal data practices. They are not intended to replace any other agreements or conditions that you may have with us, particularly when you make a purchase. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time.
